First I carved this kick-ass Obama pumpkin for Halloween. The elections were really exciting this year and I hope that I can find a way to go to the inauguration in January!

I dressed up as Rosie the Riveter for Halloween. The festivities were really fun but after a night like that I always feel a little stupid ;) Whatever it was only fitting that my last Halloween in college be epic in nature!
Some of the fifth floor girls got invited to Jessica's family's big chicken fry again this year. It was great we ate chicken, drank beer, went on a haunted hay ride, and we went four-wheeling. I rode with Jessica and I was pretty sure I was going to die a couple of times.

Went to my last Thursday night game doing the pre-game show in Lane stadium. It never gets old, that adrenaline rush you get from preforming to 66,000 screaming and yelling Hokie fans!
For thanksgiving the family went to the Outer Banks for our traditional OBX Beach Week. My favorite part of the week was the Oyster roast, nothing like doing rocky mountain cocktails with the ones you love ;)

Band parents day 2008. My parents stayed at my apartment for the weekend. Nothing like having to tell your dad he has to stay home while you go out on a Friday night.

We beat UVA AGAIN! That makes it a four year sweep for my college career. This year the win was made even sweeter because our victory kept them from going to a bowl game. HA HA HA

Last week we all got flown to Tampa for the ACC championship, and to everyone's surprise we actually won! The trip itself was really fun. I got to fly first class, and I got to room with my old roommate. Oh and also there may or may not have been some random celebratory shananagins ;)

Net ugly sweater, potluck, secrete Santa, cookie swap extravaganza 2008 was on Wednesday. I made chocolate, butterscotch chip cookies and wrote JMSP a poem and framed it for his secrete Santa gift. I think he liked it cause he decided to read it out loud to everyone. I'm going to miss these people so much next year!
Ok so now you're pretty much caught up now. I know it's not New Years yet but I'm making my resolution to keep up with this thing :) Hopefully I'll post again before the three month marker goes by!
